Omny Studio is powered by Microsoft Azure datacenters in the "US west" region. We've observed some internet providers (ISPs) have had temporary issues affecting the latency or bandwidth connecting to this datacenter that may cause pages to load slowly or uploads taking longer than usual.

If you are experiencing these issues, you can run a network test to help diagnose issues between your internet connection and our servers.

  • Open the Microsoft Azure Network Test page
  • The test will automatically start running
  • Leave the page open for approximately 2 minutes while the test runs (please do not switch to another tab or minimize the window which may affect the test)
  • When the tests are complete, take a screenshot of the results to send to us (for example)
