Configuring a Retention Policy for your Recordings and Clips

Automatically purge your recordings and/or clips on a rolling window for clips older than x days

  • By default, each recording agent has 50GB of storage included which equates to about 50,000 minutes of recorded audio. Any recording storage required above this incurs overages as set out in your contract.

  • Clip storage is unlimited and configuring a retention policy for them is optional. 

Program-level content retention

To set a retention policy for your recordings or clips, you can head to program settings - content and select from the checkboxes shown below:

Organization-level content retention

For users with organization-level settings access - you can set a retention policy for your whole organization under organization settings here.

By setting a retention policy here, you are applying it to all current and future programs.

If you click the 'Enforce setting across this organization', you'll override any existing values set on existing programs.
