Diagnosing web performance issues

If you have issues accessing Omny Studio services

Omny Studio is powered by Cloudflare's content delivery network. We've observed some internet providers (ISPs) have had temporary issues affecting the latency or bandwidth that may cause pages to load slowly or uploads taking longer than usual.

If you are experiencing these issues, you can run a network test to help diagnose issues between your internet connection and our servers.

  • The test will automatically start running

  • Wait until the test completes (please do not switch to another tab or minimize the window which may affect the test)

  • When the tests are complete, download the results as a CSV and contact customer support at support@omnystudio.com with the CSV attached
