If you aren't able to login to your account because you don't have access to your two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials (such as if you've lost access to your phone or TOTP app), here are the steps to reset your 2FA registration:
Email email@example.com. Please include "my user account email address is X, please disable 2-Factor Authentication on this account".
Additionally, a user with organization-level permissions must email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your 2FA credential be reset, to help authenticate your identity and protect your account.
Omny support will remove 2FA from your user account.
You can then use your email address and password to access Omny from omnystudio.com/login.
If your organization requires users to have 2FA, you will be prompted to follow the steps to create a 2FA registration.
