To submit a podcast to YouTube and YouTube Music follow the steps below.

If this functionality is not visible in your system, your organisation has disabled it - please reach out to your internal management team if you would like to discuss it.

NOTE: This article covers submitting your podcast to YouTube as a video podcast, which YouTube then automatically posts onto YouTube Music as an MP3 file.

Once converted, those episodes will be cached and will not pull from your rss feed, meaning you are unable to serve dynamic advertising or see downloads in your analytics. Unfortunately, the information we have at this time indicates that it is not possible as a publisher to submit a podcast show to YouTube Music only - to appear widely on YouTube Music, you must publish to YouTube Main.

NOTE: Google Podcasts have indicated that listeners will be able to migrate shows they follow on the app, across to YouTube Music. More information can be found here. If a listener chooses to migrate your show to YouTube Music from Google Podcasts, they will be served the rss version and dynamic advertising and analytics will work only for this listener.

1. Open Omny Studios and select Playlists (Podcasts) from the left-hand menu.

2. Choose the Playlist you would like to submit and select "Edit details" from the right-hand menu.

3. Select the "Submit your podcast to podcasts directories" drop-down.

3. Select the "Submit to YouTube button" and follow the prompts.

Note: This will submit your podcast to YouTube and YouTube Music, YouTube Music will automatically pull content from YouTube.
